steve was absolutely a wonderful person. i wish i knew him better. it had been years really since we spoke and saw each other… although we found each other and emailed only a few weeks ago. he sounded so positive in that… one, brief note… but i wasn’t around … and i just wish i knew him better and still had the chance, too.
i am happy i knew him though. my life was deeply influenced by our time together. i will treasure that time, and the memory of his presence with me in my life. i am happy and sad that this is now, and will forever after be a part of my past.
